1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AKA 360 (Pvt) Ltd ("AKA 360°", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (aka360.lk), software solutions, consulting engagements, and educational programs.

By accessing our site, requesting a quotation, enrolling in a training course, or engaging our consulting or technology services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our site and services immediately.

2. Service Engagements and Proposals

All advisory, technology development, managed IT, and digital marketing services provided by AKA 360°are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW), master service agreements (MSA), or formal project proposals countersigned by both parties.

In the event of a conflict between these general website Terms and a specific executed SOW or MSA, the provisions of the executed SOW or MSA shall take precedence for that specific project scope.

3. Education and Training Enrollment

Enrollment in AKA 360° courses, masterclasses, and corporate workshops is subject to course availability and verification of prerequisite requirements where applicable.

• Tuition and Fees: Fees published on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. All applicable local taxes are indicated during formal registration.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Course schedules, intake dates, and venue assignments are subject to reasonable adjustment with advance written notice.
• Certification: Course completion certificates are awarded only to participants who meet attendance and practical assessment benchmarks.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed project contract:

• All site content, branding, course materials, templates, frameworks, and software prototypes remain the exclusive intellectual property of AKA 360 (Pvt) Ltd.
• Custom code, deliverables, and reports created specifically for a client become client property upon full payment of all contracted invoices, subject to retainment of pre-existing tools and libraries by AKA 360°.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our inquiry forms, scheduling tools, or communication channels, you agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or fraudulent contact information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our administrative systems, servers, or networks.
• Transmit viruses, malicious payloads, or harmful computer code.
• Harvest site data or directory listings without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Sri Lanka, AKA 360 (Pvt) Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or inability to use this website or any information provided herein.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
